我們為什麼會諍？是因為有分別心、有相對的觀念。

如果我們今天都無二元對立，安住於空理，就會無諍了。

久而久之，它會成為一種三昧。

如果過著一種與世無爭的生活，你也會進入這種三昧。

問：我每天與事無諍，可是沒有三昧。

答：因為沒有安住於空理，所以，一方面須安住在空理(空性智慧)；二方面以此空性智慧，與世無諍，就能具足「無諍三昧」。
